That way, you can stay on top of your texts as you switch between your smartphone, tablet and computer. Verizon’s Message+ lets you sync your messages across multiple devices. Option 1: Text from a computer or tablet using Message+ All you need is a Message+ account and an active internet connection. It works with laptops, desktops and tablets – whether PC or Mac.
In any of those cases, you can send and receive text messages with Verizon Wireless customers using a computer. Click the New button to bring out the texting box where you can fill in the mobile phone number to whom you want to send the message and then type the messages in the below section. But what happens if you’re somewhere you can’t use your phone…? Or if your battery is dead…? Or if your phone is broken…? All the files in your cell phone will show in the left sidebar, just click the 'SMS' category and you will enter the SMS window. Open up Android Messages on your smartphone.
